1 - Methods of processing and delivery

You can collect your order directly from our store, free of charge, at the following address:

Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Either by shipment via Carrier (DHL) or CTT, with an increase in the cost of transport (to be defined according to the weight and volume of your order and the destination address), this cost will be communicated to the customer after receipt of the ordered.

Processing 3 to 4 days and delivery within 24/72 working hours in mainland Portugal.

Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Delivery on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

In the event of delay in relation to the agreed delivery times, due to causes beyond our control, there will be no right to compensation in favor of customers.

2 - Payment methods

Payment will always be made in advance by bank transfer, payment by Mbway or payment via Paypal.

3 - Shipping

Each product in our online store has a shipping cost associated with the quantity in your cart and the delivery area you would like your order shipped to. After indicating your address in the basket or at the end of the order, the shipping costs will be calculated using the parameters indicated above. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.

- Shipping from mainland Portugal is via CTT or DHL - 24h to 72h;

- Portugal Ilhas shipping is via CTT: 5 to 10 days;

- International shipping is via CTT or DHL: 5 to 10 days;

4 - Returns

RucaStore reserves the right not to accept returns of items purchased as they are personalized products.

Returns, cancellations or refunds do not apply to personalized products, a situation provided for by law. Information regarding the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract (private customer) is described in detail in Legislative Decree No. 143/2001 and Legislative Decree No. 82/2008.

Only products damaged by transport will be accepted for return.

What to do upon delivery:

If you notice that at the time of delivery, the packaging of the product (s) is damaged or open, you can accept the order with the packaging under the conditions described above, but you must mention this in the transport slip. corresponding, in order to abdicate responsibility for damage found after unpacking.

Within 24 hours you must contact us by e-mail geral@rucastore.pt to inform about the problem.

Personalized items are: all products whose basis has changed, i.e. items with labels with name, date or other information, products printed, engraved or with a specific decoration.

Return period for the amount paid - 15 days by bank transfer. Indicate the IBAN by email.

5 - Cancellation policy

If the order does not contain personalized products, it is possible to cancel it by sending an email with the cancellation request (before it is sent).

6 - Alternative resolution of consumer disputes

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can use the European online dispute resolution platform available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
